Required documents generally include a completed and signed B534 form, a copy of the owner’s passport and valid Australian visa where applicable, a detailed packing list or inventory, and shipping documents such as the bill of lading or air waybill. You may also need purchase receipts or proof of value for recently acquired goods, import permits for restricted items, and additional documentation for vehicles, pets, or commercial equipment.
